I was looking at my headlight lenses on my 96 Bronco and for some reason they are looking kind of beat up. A little yellowing and they have condensation inside.
Anyone have a recomendation on where to buy and if there is a quality aftermarket available or is it going to be OEM dealer only?
okay, so I got a set of clear turn signal lenses for my 96. They look GREAT sitting in a box in my garage. My dad and I figured that the wntire front end of the truck has to come off to get to them to change em out. I haven't done it because if I got to do that I might as well wait and change out the headlights at the same time.
So my question is..do I have to take off the front end to replace these things? someone please tell me that there is an easier way.
Hey I remember there was some difficulty getting the headlight lens out when I did it last time to remove the metal deflector thing inside that had broken off. I recall some weird tabs in the back that I probably mangled. Anyone know what I am talking about and how to remove them correctly?
As far as I can tell...and remember...there are two screws that I cannot get to. one between the bezel and the fender (in that 1/16 inch space) and one between the valance and the bumper.
Imma check out that post you referred to and see what I am missing.
OOOOHHHHHH!!!!! well then, now that makes sense. Guess I am rollin out with the clears tomorrow! Oh, and thanks Mark for your email, it make the pictures even easier to understand!
