Use it in conjuction with a bug deflector if you have that problem. The bug deflector, from what I understand, changes the path of the air that hits your windshied as you're driving. This makes a significant impact on issues like yours.
I ended up with 22" Tripledge brand blades from Wal-Mart for $6.87 each. The originals were actually 19 1/2 " long. The new blades provide a nice sweep. No interferences. Their claim to fame is silicone rubber squeegees and a lifetime warranty. It costs you $5 for handling if you need replacements. The silicone should be superior to the natural rubber used in ANCOs and other brands. Time will tell.
