A bad weekend
This weekend I went out and beat the hell outta my truck 4 wheelin. After I got stuck in some thick mud, I borrowed, or stole, a farmers mini bulldozer to pull it out. It was in there like a big lawn dart. I was in the middle of nowhere in the south of Spain. The bulldozer was sitting in a field, with the keys, an extra tank of diesel and a chain! I had to use it!!! Then, after 3 hours of digging and pulling I got it free, but I drove through a washed out road where the truck slid into a ditch and crushed a hubcap, and snapped off a valve stem but it pulled through and made it out! That truck is a beast. My Hi-Lift jack got jammed from all the mud and I crushed my ring finger changing the tire, breaking the bone on the tip when I pinched it between the jack and handle. DOH!! My truck is out of aliegnment, I bent the bumper, dented passenger quarter panel and broke my finger. What a weekend! But I now know how to drive a bulldozer!!!! It will be a long time before I 4 wheel in muddy conditions again....
