Lund Stainless Cold Front

Anybody have one of these on thier truck and do they help in warming the 7.3 up? Did you have to get the bumper inserts and lastly, where did you buy it?

I have Lund cold front inserts, but they're plastic, and are only in the grill. I think it helps a little, but I mostly like the look. Got them at the 4 Wheel Drive outlet in Spokane Valley.
