Can't tell what yours weigh, but here are the weights of my 2.
86 E-150 2wd 5.0L conversion van- about 6600#
94 E-350 4x4 7.3 Diesel 15 passenger- 7200#
That should get you an idea. Both weights are with tanks full.

another data point: My '82 E350 w/ 400 V8 weighs in at 6200lbs with dry tanks and no driver. it's a cargo with one bench seat (~100lbs) , a lift on the back (~350lbs), and a roof rack/deck (~200lbs), so figure ~5550 lbs striped...
just take it to your nearest CAT scales and weigh it. for $8, you''ll know...
