Fuel issue after DPK
2017 F250 170k miles.
Less then 1k on fuel filters
Recently added the S&S DPK, forgot to prime fuel system on start up. Truck started quick with no issue. Had a CEL after for P0088 this cleared after priming the system. After this had a P228F code, this went away after I changed out the fuel pressure regulator. Now the truck will randomly die on me while driving. It throws a pending P0093 code but will clear right after restart on its own and truck run like normal. I logged rail pressure on Forscan and target and actual pressure match perfectly.
Lost on what could be causing this. This is my first diesel so this is all pretty new to me, any help would be great.

have you emailed s&s, they probally have a pretty good fault/dia tree
Usually what damaged the FPR is floating around in the rail. We had one that would randomly die while driving. Watching data, the rail pressure would drop to 68 psi. We slapped a new drive rail on and it was good to go, no more stalling. When I pulled FPR something had hit the needle and damaged it. Whatever damaged it was still in the rail.
