Buzz test p1271 p1273
1994.5 7.3. All stock besides 3” downpipe and hydra tuner kept on “daily driver”
new on truck (all oem)

problem
- truck has a slight “lope” in the idle as seen on the fore scan stats and can be felt. Buzz test implies cylinder 1 & 2 have a “high to low side fault”.replaced the uvch and same thing, tested the idm at the 42 pin and all of them ohm’ed out at 3.6. Funny thing is, cylinder contribution test came back with no faults. Wiring harness is good, all injectors spit out oil when I had the covers off, runs sooth when the ac is on or it’s cold. Just seems to have that lope idle when warm. Ipr functions in spec with forescan (new o-rings on that). So I’m assuming it has the be either those injectors or the solenoid. The truck only has 60k on it but sat for a long time. I run additive every fill up and ran a heavy dose when I drove it across the country where I got it. Does have a haze out of the oil fill but no blow by.
...Top line on forescan (red) is Ipr, below that is idle…
summary:
”lope” idle when warm not when cold. (Enough to feel and hear)
buzz test codes for cylinders 1 & 3
passes cylinder contribution test
wiring is good
i just don’t wanna throw parts at it especially when it’s either injectors, or idm. Thank you all, my first post here after reading about a million of these

Injector orings as my fuel was dark
compression test good as all in 5%
Fuel pump and bowl re seal as mine was not getting enough fuel pressure to go even 65 on highway
Then fuel pressure was low and replaced regulator
frayed wire in the inj harness
UVCH loose connector
Baro reading at 10k feet making it defuel
leaking oil pump LPOP allowed air in from the seal
HB balancer failed and made bad firing
gunk in system that cleared out when using ATF
I have a sllight lope now that i can live with when hot and cant feel it much when AC is on.
I run ATF or 2 stroke oil in it to keep injecotors lubed and my cackle on drivers side goes down a bit when using it
