Evaporust
I am painting my 1997 F350 and the only rust problem is a couple of thumb size spots on the hood and the door gutters on the roof. Gonna either us a cup brush or an orbital sander down to shiny and apply Evaporust or else the Rustoleum product. How do you neutralize the Evaporust ?

Does it need neutralized? Isn’t it a rust converter product.

Just not sure how it will react with paint.

I looked up the product but never used it. The container might address your question, or possibly contact the manufacturer.
