I have a 96 Explorer. I figured out how to set the clock, but how do I set my fave radio stations on memory?!?!?!?
Please, somebody help!
Also, now that it is getting cold outside, sometimes when I start my truck, the radio has lost the time and the station I was on last. Could it be my battery or alternator?

I tried that, but as soon as I hit "1" (or a nother number) it goes to some station I don't even listen to. Is there a button I need to push before the preset number?
Once you tune to the station you want the preset to be, press and hold down that preset. The sound will disappear for a moment, then will come back. Once the sound has come back, release the preset button, and it should be set.
As far as losing your clock and preset, make sure your battery cables are clean and the battery is holding a full charge. Batteries are known to drop some in colder weather...
