I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to swap out the front wheel assembly on a 1953 F-350? I’d like to get away from the 6x7.25 wheel pattern and maybe go to discs on the front.
Not sure what you are asking not because what you are asking isn't clear, I just am not sure I familiar with the problem you are trying to solve.
Maybe this is what you are looking for? I have this on my 55 F250 and it was a very clean and simple installation. This says for F2 and F3 trucks. 1948-56.
I do not believe that is the case with the Rustic Disc Brake kit. It bolts straight up to your existing hubs and spindle.
I agree, he did say he wanted to get away from the current bolt pattern, looks like you would need a new hub or get his current hubs drilled for a new bolt pattern.

The 48-52 F1-3 trucks used the same front suspension parts, axle, spindles, steering, etc. Hubs and brakes will interchange, so what fits an F1 will also fit an F2 or 3. The 53-56 trucks were different. F100-250 will interchange, but the F350 is a different beast and everything is larger. F250 8 lug hubs and brakes won't bolt on F350 spindles. The easiest way to go 8 lug on a F350 is to swap out the front axle and spindles with F100/250 parts, and replace the rear axle with a later, up to '72, F250 Dana 60. Then you can utilize the Rustic Brakes F250 disc conversion kit and have all modern brakes.

Thanks for the info. There a Dana 70 for sale close by that comes with all 4 rims and tires but it came off of a Winnebago motor home and it had a 5 bolt pattern.
