Cab removal
I have aF450 bad frame push start would I be able to put that cab on the same year 350 that has a key start

frames are different for cab and chasis models vs pickup models

different for 11 thru 16 and 17 and later

So what would be best just swapping engines and transmission because they are the same

Cabs are basically the same, mounts may be different, I would think that you should be able to make it fit with swapping whatever parts may be doifferent.
