I moved you here as this is the place for your truck. I'll get back to you later today with the full decode.

Preview: 330, NP435 4 speed, Eaton 2 speed axle.

N60 = N600 gas

D = 330 2V HD FT gas V8

U = Louisville Assembly Plant

794572 = 1966 numerical series, probably December 1965 production. (Shop manual shows Dec '65 ending at 792,999 for Louisville Mediums, 801,999 for Heavy. The 600s were Mediums but I think they were counted with the Heavy numbers. Maybe.)

163 = 163 inch wheelbase

H = Light Beige

N600 = N600 gas, 17,000 lbs GVWR

KM81
K = Blue woven plastic and blue vinyl with foam cushion
M = Beige woven plastic and beige vinyl with foam cushion (IF your interior was two tone. Otherwise, forget the M it was Ford use only)
81 = Conventional cab, cab and chassis vehicle.
I don't have a breakdown on Regular vs. Custom Cab.

A = New Process model 435 four speed transmission

F8 = Eaton model 13802 two speed rear axle, 15,000 lbs capacity, 6.33 / 8.81 ratios.
No front axle code. In MY '64 to '69 only optional axles were listed. So, Ford axle, probably 4.500 to 5,000 lbs capacity, no power steering.

17000 = 17,000 lbs GVWR

164 3800 = 164 Certified Net HP @ 3800 RPM

53 = Kansas City District Sales Office

No special order.
