LMC sells it in diff lengths. You'll have to form the radius yourself. The vertical is the easy part. You simply drill out the spot welds and use an air chisel to remove the old, then weld in the new. Good luck.
Thank you for the few pics. I messed with my drivers side yesterday and got the piece off up and round to the joint piece. Bit of a chore. I have seen the pieces from LMC, but didn't see anything for the vertical portion. I'm even pondering using / modifying some from a 1967-72 C10, as you can get full pieces up and around the corner. Figure if I add the chrome molding over it, it might go away.

Saw once where a guy shaved them smooth ... then after having water drops he used stick on stuff meant for I believe '73 and up Chevrolet / GMC trucks.
I think if you used new door seals and the later short door top seals that affix to the door, a fellow could live without the gutters. I thought the extra seals were for wind noise, but if sealed to the door top, they would carry rain away too. I didn't know of them until someone here mentioned them in '78/'79s, so I added them, they form a trough to front / rear of door top.
You can see how they on mine, be like how cars trucks today shed water.
