What y’all take on this Blackstone report?

2024 truck had a new long block installed at 3700 miles oil sample sent in with about 4400 miles on the new engine.

He's the oil analysis expert... what he said in the comments sounds perfectly fine, and mirrors what he said about my 7.3L gasser at the first sample.

About the only thing that is surprising is the '6900mi change interval average' he mentioned. I thought a diesel would go longer between oil changes.

Pardon my ignorance hence my question. I have been building engines most of my life so I have a fairly good understanding of how things work. So here's my question, what would be the plan of action if the report came back just horrible? I know from experience ford won't do anything under warranty until something fails. If not under warranty any longer then I totally get doing the oil analysis because you would be able to act accordingly.

documentation for when Ford denies something now and then your engine takes a sht after warranty. In my case, I just wanted to do it to make sure that the local dealership put my engine back together the way it should’ve been and everything was done properly.

Here is my latest Blackstone report on my 23 HO engines. My first two oil changes have scrolled off the right side of the page. They were the factory oil and the dealer used Motorcraft 10-30 on the first oil change. Since then I've done all the oil changes at home using Valvoline Premium Blue 5w40 oil. You can see some differences in the additive package ( Molybdenum, Maganese, Magnesium, Zinc) in the Valvoline, vs your values that I assume are Motorcraft. You can see, I'm runnung closer to 10K for my oil change intervals. I've worked my way up from 8,000 miles. While the truck Intelligent Oil Change keeps suggesting that I can run 14-15K. This oil with Motorcraft filters looks to be doing OK at 10K oil change intervals. And I doubt with this truck, I ever go past that. I do put about 3000 miles a month on the truck, 30-40% of that is towing my 4H GN trailer ( about 13,000 lbs) The other 60-70% of my driving is daily commuting ( grocery store, bank, church, dentist, kinda of stuff)

Here is mine from the first oil change just shy of 5k, on a 2024 HO with about 600 miles towing 16k.

all I have is the paperwork to show for it. Popping the hood. There’s no way to tell at least I can’t tell.

On my 24, the owners manual no longer has a change interval, but instead says to change the oil with the iOLM tells you to, so I did. 14,701 miles before it said oil change soon, so changed it. Their report (Blackstone) said it shows typical wear for an OCI of 7K miles.

The first sample from this 6.7L Power Stroke looks, well...like a break-in sample. High metals and
silicon are presumably from the break-in process and should decrease over the next few oil changes. It
might take a while for everything to drop close average levels, and wear metals may never get all the way
down to averages if you stick with ~15,000-mile oil changes. That's okay. Averages show typical wear for
the 6.7L Power Stroke after only 7,000 miles on the oil. No contamination showed up from fuel, coolant, or
water. Check back to look for progress
I just changed the oil recently, 10,721 miles on it, and waiting on the Blackstone report. These are 100% highway miles, no towing or heavy hauling, which is why the iOLM is going so long between changes. The critical parts of the oil though were still within specs such as viscosity and flashpoint with 0% fuel and 0.1 insolubles. Following the manual to the letter exactly how Ford says its to be done!
