2009 E450 light rapid flash ?

2009 E450 light rapid flash ?
Does the SJB in 2009 E450's have sensors to detect bulb failure (low current ) and if so is it all bulbs or jusr critical ones like brake lights ? Rapid flash ? I'm in the process of finding bad grounds/poor connections , and need to know if this is something I need to be aware of ? Any I didn't see anything in actuator tests to turn them on.
