Clicking noise from dash
I have a 2014 Ford F150 XLT which developed a weird clicking noise yesterday. When you open the doors, any door there is a loud clicking noise coming from the drivers side dash. I attached a short video for you to hear. Any ideas what it is?

Sounds like you might have a stuck blend door skipping teeth. Do all your heat, cool and air flow directional (dash, floor, defrost) work properly? Last time for me I had no heat, cool/cold only.

If it sounds more behind the cluster than the radio then its likely the mode door actuator. Crawl under the driver side and turn the key to on and listen for the pop sound. Put your hand on the device that is popping. Will likely be the actuator on the driver side of the plenum. Unplug the connector to it and see if the noise no longer is made. If so replace that actuator. If it sounds more like it is coming from behind the radio then it is the temperature blend door actuator.
