Heres a dumb question

Any idea what the diameter and pitch is on this stud behind the glove box?

Nothing I have fits it.

I would hate to go to Ace and buy one of everything.

Ace might also have a screw pitch gauge if you don't want to try multiple nuts. But I'm guessing it's metric.
Just ordered myself one of these today. It'll save fiddling with the one at the hardware store. https://www.threadtoolsupply.com/inc...d-checker.html

If it's close to 5/16 it's 8mm. 3/8 10mm, close to 1/4 is 6mm.

Definitely metric. M8 or m10. I think m8 though. Just spend the extra $.23 and get both.

Not by my truck currently, but pretty sure its m8x1.25. Pretty common automotive stud size.

It looks close to a 1/4-28, Redman may be on the money.
