Strange dash warning light
2002 7.3- solid amber light upper right on the instrument cluster came on solid and I don’t know what it is. The symbol looks very much like a diesel particulate light. Can anyone shed light on this?

I've seen someone else ask this recently.
Quick Google search will provide answers that say it's for the "check air filter indicator" or filter restriction warning light
need to check your filter and/ or reset the filter minder

Air filter restriction light. Started in 2002.
There is a sensor on the air box lid next to the outlet to the turbo.
To reset it, push the button on the top of the gauge. Spring pressure will release it.
Lastly, figure out why there is a restriction.

Thanks everybody. I googled warning lights and it came back DPF and regen. Obviously the O2 doesn’t have that and I didn’t connect the dots. I’ve been in Mexico for six months and this place is dusty. Time to give the filter a good shake.
