Sync usb problems

Anyone else run into this problem, I replaced the usb module and checked all the fuses im kinda out of ideas besides for bringing it to the dealership. Makes the whole screen in usable and crashes the radio quite a bit

The problem I have is the USB port kills my thumbdrives.
