Hey All, I was having some problems with my 2018 F550 xl 6.2l
the radio has power and functions with everything except the mute button. If you mute or in mute the radio the little speaker has the line through it. No matter what buttons I mash I’m not getting any sound. Is there a reset or anything I can do?
when a driver was plowing with it it stopped working and that’s all the information I they gave me.

Yes there is a reset for the radio. I am just not sure which buttons for that version of Sync. The other way is to pull the negative battery cable for 10 minutes that should reset everything.
Have you looked though the menu's in settings to see if there is another way to unmute it?
I went into sync and did two resets to factory and still nothing. Is there some sort of relay I can’t find? There’s much more to this than my DD a 95 f250
I also went through all the balance and front back, bass treble and still no sound.
