Good evening I have a 93 ford f150 4.9 been running good daily until about a week ago.Started it up to warm it up came back out it want running fired it back up ran for a minute quit again.No spark nothing at coil power going to the coil nothing out of it.Went over to icm top wire to start checking voltage nothing dead.Had a old icm unplugged the current dead one plugged the old one it and it fired right up.ran for 15 minuted drove it for about20 miles came back home was idleing and it quits slight miss maybe.I touched the icm and burned my hand it was hot i let it cool off for 20 minutes it fired back up ran good.did it quit because I had not heat paste on the back and did not have it mounted in heat sink Thks in advance.
