What is the thread size of these screws that attach the access panel to the right side of the inner fender on my 49 F1?

The 6 screws are 39883-S7 which are 5/16-18x1/2. There are also two bolt, 24349-S7 which are 3/8-24x3/4 and coupled with a 34847-S8 lock washer and 33800-S8 3/8-24 nut.
