Im gonna guess 10X1.5 (because Ford, and everyone else uses that size a lot).

If it looks similar to a 3/8, Ill all but guarantee its 10x1.5. Thats also what I used when I installed the overload brackets to the frame of my 1999 F 250 (way back when).

On my F350 these are for the overload brackets which have a rubber pad attached, that contacts the upper leaf spring if/when the bed is heavily loaded.
