I pull these all the time by myself. I unbolt everything and use an engine hoist to strap around the core support in the center and then a couple of small ratchet straps to the top of the fenders near the hood hinges. This allows me to lift it and keep it relatively level as I work the fenders away from the doors. I do try to get help to reinstall them, mainly to keep it from scratching the doors or fenders. I will say that I always remove the front bumper as it kind of 'tucks' in behind it.
