Question Any thing new to consider when picking out rockers for new heads on my 351W?

This is my first engine I've done much too, its a 1996 roller block 351W and 1996 E40D swapped into a 93 Bronco, I had GT40Ps on it and it ran decent but i could never find a set of headers that cleared properly. One of my friends has had a set of those funky Vevor Heads for quite a while now with no issues So I decided to grab my own set recently, they just showed up and look much better than I expected for being cheap Chinese stuff. I got them this morning and the castings look good and there's almost no flash, the ports all measure the same and every dimension I've check with a caliper is correct and identical to each other. The only issue I can see these heads having is either the valve springs or material of the heads themselves. Springs are easy to check, idk how id check the material, but on a low compression truck motor I doubt it matters.

The motor falls flat on its face at like 2400 RPM so I'm hoping replacing the awful E7 heads will help, Although I know the intake and cam are also awful.

I'm not sure If I Can use pedestal mount rockers, no one seems to use them on aftermarket heads, why is this? Is there an advantage to adjustable rockers? I cant really find a good answer anywhere.I know I need to switch to 7/16 bolts or stud rockers with the new heads and was wondering what I should order? I have the stock truck cam for now and plan to keep it until I find a donor truck for a MAF conversion this summer. I know I need guide plates, as well as the studs themselves,

What Rockers should I choose? I don't see the truck ever going over 5500-6000 rpm even after the cam swap so I think long term reliability should be the bigger priority. I was think the speedmaster chromoly rollers for $200 or so? I was also considering getting 1.7 ratio rockers for a bit more lift But I'm not 100% sure these would clear PTV on a stock motor.

Id also imagine I need to get new pushrods, what does everyone think about these parts? any other recommendations?
