1991 bus that has 6 lug 8.75 piloted hub wheel. I am wanting to convert from a 6-lug 8.75 hole pattern hub pilot to either an 8 lug or 10 lug wheel? Wanting to run aluminum semi type wheels instead. Anyone know how and if this is possible? I see that some F600 trucks have same wheel pattern.

 

Is this a 600 series bus? I think you are looking at axle swapping to get what you want.

What size tires? If 22.5s, that's good.

What brakes? If air brakes, that's good. ​​
