Nice shop! I have a 12 year old 10K Bendpak 2 post lift, which just handles my 9300lb f450. I use the same forward lift points you used, however I made custom mounts to match the angle of the cross-member. You can see your mounts sitting at an angle, particularly in your third photo, so if your lift arms reach I would use the Ford lift points on the radius arms. I assumed the cross member isn’t shown by Ford as a lift point because of the angle, but it’s the farthest forward my lift reaches and there is a lot of engine/trans weight to consider. For the rear I use the rightmost location ATC Crazy circled in red on your photo, and agree about not lifting on the leaf. With only a 700lb safety margin I have to be more careful about balancing the weight, especially front to back. I first estimated the truck’s center of gravity by measuring weight on each axle and knowing the wheelbase marked the floor so l’m sure the truck center of gravity lines up with the center of each lift post, both front to back, and side to side every time i use it. Your 15K lift with your truck has a larger margin of safety, but Bendpak’s documentation still recommends lining up the truck’s center of gravity with the posts.
