Odd Tire wear, no alignment issue
I am having the same issue on my 2020 CC 4wd 6.2. I picked up this week. Front passenger outer edge is wearing significantly. Runs smooth with little to no vibration running 75 down highway. I have stock/factory size BFG T/As on the truck and the other three look bran new. Per the dash, PSI 57 FL, 59 FR, 59 LR, 58 RR
I was assuming I would just need an alignment to correct it, but based on driving the truck it doesn't need one as far a road feel and road feedback feel.
Maybe they had it aligned before the last owner traded or the dealership did. That's my hope at least!

I believe your truck may have a slight positive (+) camber on your right front tire. As you can see from the picture above a positive camber means the tire is leaning outward at the tip hence causing additional wear on the outside edge. You may need additional alignment shims to correct this. I had this exact problem you have on a 1995 dully I had years ago. Went through two sets of front tires due to excessive wear on the RF. Finally found a big truck alignment shop that fixed it right.
