2003 F150 XL ~ purchased this past June...and was happy until recently. Faulty injectors, Crank Shaft Sensor & Air regulator??? some covered on warranty some not... About to be 4th time in shop for repairs...anyone know where I can get info on technical service bulletins for newer fords?
Good link Jeremy. I saw lots of technical service bulletins for my year truck. What exactly is a technical service bulletin and what are you to do with the info?
Do the tsb's refer to all trucks of that model year and does it mean that eventually your truck will develop the problem that is described in the bulletin?

Nope, it only effects some of that year and model...
If a TSB is issued on something, that does not necessarily mean that the dealer is going to fix or replace whatever is worng (or might be wrong) with your vehicle. It is an announcement that some problems have been reported in that area. The only things that are guaranteed to be fixed are the Safety Recalls (also listed on the site I provided above).
As for the truck throwing the engine light, take it to an auto parts store and ask them to use their OBDII code reader and tell you what code it is showing. Post that code here and I am sure that someone will be able to tell you what is wrong. Sometimes it is something severe, sometimes it is something as simple as the gas cap being loose.
