Conclusion!
I am happy to finally report an end to this saga. After taking my rotors to a shop, they found that they were warped, and recommended that I ordered new ones - after waiting and waiting for FedEx to find my rotors, I found that the problem still persisted after replacing the rotor. After swapping outer wheel bearings side for side, the problem stayed on the drivers side leading me to the conclusion that the inner wheel bearing has to be the problem. Despite it sounding fine when spinning it fully assembled, and when I took it apart to clean and re-pack it - the inner wheel bearing was the problem. This goose chase seems to be a case of finding a bunch of other problems on the way towards the actual problem (roached center support bearing, sticking brake caliper, warped rotors, etc.) Thanks for all of your advice on this, as now I can continue cruising, and hopefully picking up a 5 speed this weekend for a future swap
