PMF Rear Block Replacement

Hello! I recently purchased a 2025 F250 Tremor. I installed a 2.5” leveling kit in the front and was confused why this didn’t fully level the truck. I realized that my truck has the increased tow capacity, which raises up the rear of the truck some extra amount. I understand the pros of having that rake, but I would prefer a look that is closer to level since I do not tow 99% of the time.

The current rear blocks are ~3”. I am looking to drop them down to a 2” or 2.5” block, and the only replacement blocks I have found are from PMF. The concern I have is that the PMF blocks with the bump stop tang are a little different design than the stock block tangs, and I am planning to eventually put the rough country air bags in (likely 2+ years out). I know PMF offers a design that comes with the air bag platforms instead of the bump stop tangs, but I am hesitant to remove the bump stop tang when I will not have air bags for a while still.

Has anyone installed the PMF blocks and put in the rough country air bag system? Any input on if the bump stop tangs will eventually get in the way of the rough country air bag brackets? Also looks like there are some brake line brackets attached to the axle right where the PMF air bag platform would attach to the axle on the driver side, so I am also concerned the PMF air bag platform is not the way I want to go.

Any input is appreciated!
