Bench Seat

My "new" '72 F350 is going to need a "new" Bench Seat.
This Ol' Truck has sat for a long time - the mice made it a Condo.
I've seen some of these "Upholstery Kits" you can buy/install - maybe that would work.
But, this thing is pretty far gone.
So, I was wondering......What other year models will bolt in (DIRECTLY - No Rigging).
Is a 73-79 the same?
Would I need to find one at a Junk Yard?
Good Luck for me up here in the Boonies!
I'd like any ideas/suggestions.
Not looking for anything Fancy/Expensive.
Just a Green Bench Seat.
Thanks.

I pulled a seat out of a 1990 F250 for mine. All I had to do was pull the slides off my original seat and put them on the new seat.

I have been told the rear seats out of crew cab superduty trucks are direct fits but I can not attest to this.

I took a seat out of a 2000 single cab superduty and made brackets for it to attach to my old seats running gear and have been using that for years.

73 - 79 IS the same. It’s a direct bolt in and it’s a better seat than the 67 -72 bench.
It looks completely stock for the truck.

Here is a good article that covers some other options with pictures of them installed in bumpside trucks:

I dont know about all seats from 73-79 but I think they are bigger. When I was building the 72 f250, I found a seat at the JY out of a 73 f250. The foam was good except for the driver side part. I patched the foam and installed an upholstery kit for a 73. The seat moved me a lot closer to the steering wheel than I am in my 70 f250. But, it is a direct bolt in. It might depend on how tall you are. I am 6'3" and it also made the clutch pedal a little awkward.
