Hello, I have a 2003 F-350 6.0. I have recently noticed a sort of dinging sound or slight knocking coming from the driver side motor that I don’t hear on the passenger side. I have a feeling it could be injector knock but I wanted to get other opinions if it could possibly be lifters or something else. I am new to diesels but it seems to drive fine and not misfire.
