I am looking to replace all of them front and rear suspension including the one under the transmission, etc..
I want to refresh the frame of my car the bushing are tearing apart they are 15 years old.
Mainly the suspension and steering rack.

What about the advice here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...r-service.html
I heard that polyurethane squeak.
seems like I will go with polyurethane since most companies offer them and they are made in USA.

I have used Poly on my Camaro. They actually not that far from a solid bushing as they really don't flex that much. Definitely more than a solid bushing but they are stiff. Get some silicone lube to put in when you put the bushings on. If you have any bushings that have a carrier see if you can find them with grease fittings. Also you can tap the bracket for a grease fitting as well but it is questionable how much you can get in without a channel to accept it. Energy Suspension is what I used many years ago but there are a lot of companies out there now so do your research as finding a greasable bushing is definitely preferred.
