Overall height

Is there any difference in vehicle height between a 4x2
and a 4x4 2003expedition?

For some odd reason (first year I can recall it's happened), the 4x2 is about an inch taller than the 4x4. Keep in mind this is with stock equipment, i.e., stock tires and wheels.

In all years, the standard spring suspension is higher than the 4 corner air suspension at rest and normal running mode. If the 4 corner air option is on it, it lowers 1 inch from normal at rest to allow easier ingress.
