My truck will stall when I shift gears, sometimes from D to R or R to D.
It has stalled on me when I came to a stop sign while holding the brake
today I drove it and it shutoff/stalled while I was driving 4x’s, one when I got the stop sign and the others while driving down Main Street (18 mph)
when this happens the rpm’s go up and dip down to where it stalls.
ive replaced the Idle Air Control, EGR Valve, EGR sensor, Cleaned the throttle Body, replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, Replaced Fuel Filter, also has a new Battery
sounds similar to an issue I was having but with a 5.0, would slow down and get choppy when stopped and had trouble shifting. Replaced a multitude of sensors. Then was at O'Reilly and saw they had a deal for injector cleaner and decided that she was old and wouldn't hurt to run a bottle or two through it. Since Ive put the bottles through it the thing has ran fine

Why? Did you get Key On Engine Off (KOEO) fault codes for those parts and they tested bad?

I didn’t have any codes, the truck was already idling rough, so I replaced those parts, the truck was driving a little better, But now it won’t stay running.
it starts up every time but will die in seconds.
if I give it some gas it will stay on but one let go of the pedal the truck drops to idle and then just die
