im doing the another ford oe thermostat and coolant temp sensor.
30mile trip home had heat,sct showed
166* coolant
188* oil
142* transmission
I pull the rad drain plug..my coolant is cold
what gives?
If your oil is more than 10° hotter than your coolant temp, your oil cooler isn't doing its job. You could try flushing it (there's videos online how to do this) or replace it. If you replace it, try to get the cooler relocation kit so you don't have to tear your entire intake off.
Probably just the thermostat.
The deltas don't really look bad running so cool.
Get a FORD stat first and see if it helps.
