No I don't think they are at risk of a going concern issue but their majority shareholder is Cerberus, the same group that parted out Chrysler post DC break up. Additionally, they successfully reorg under Chapter 11.
Just for context, stanadyne has produced 46 million injection pumps in almost 75 years..
So there is a significant difference in scale here, that said if S&S played their cards right even if Stanadyne goes toes up they should be able to get their hands on the underlying IP of the pump. Won't be cheap but should allow them to continue production.
