RARE- 1987 Big Foot Restoration

Hi guys,
I just wanted to share pictures of a ford F250 Big Foot restoration I just completed and if can be of help to other owners on their restoration Journey with information needed for this work. It was specially challenging the re-creation of the graphic package since is is not available from any classic truck supplier. It took me close to 6 months of trial and error error using parts of the graphics that were not exposed to the Sun to replicate this awesome graphic package.

This was a complete frame of bult and nut restoration of a rust free body truck that I found in a small town in Puerto Rico. The truck was imported by the original owner when he moved here from the mainland and it was traded to a local construction worker for labor work. The contractor stored the truck in his warehouse with hopes of one day restoring it, but then it just sat there until we got it.

The complete process took around 3 years. I will share pictures on several posts of the process and provide as much information as I can to those interested.

A lot of love went into that one. Nice job on the restoration. It looks awesome. I am a sucker for old school light bars

That's Awesome! Hardly ever see these trucks anymore. A friend of mine has a cloned one and it is the only one I've seen locally in years.

The level of commitment is always remarkable, does not matter what car/truck is in the pictures. Most jobs like this are eventually sent to the scraper to the lack of interest. Great job!

Decal kit

Hi. Thank you for the pictures and information. I am in the process of restoring an f-250 big foot cruiser. This truck needs a complete restoration as it has spent much of its life parked outside after being driven on salty New York roads. I am very interested in any information you could provide on the maker of your decal kit. Thank you.
