I have a 2025 f350 xl stx and the speakers are garbage. Has anyone changed out the speakers in their truck? Is it an easy process? Does it make a difference in sound? Are the plug and play with the current screen and Bluetooth in the truck? I replaced the ones in my 2016 f250 but also did the head unit too. I am not trying to replace anything but the speakers this time?
Speakers are plug and play... just make sure you get the correct ohms. You can use a site like Crutchfield to find out what's available for your truck.
I'll be doing the same thing next summer... I agree, the factory speakers are trash.

I second this. I use Crutchfield anytime I need aftermarket audio stuff. It's easy enough to check out fitment yourself or if you're not sure the chat feature there will put you in touch with someone that will guide you and provide suggestions.
I put a set of these in the front doors of a 2022 XLT Premium. They also came with wiring harness adapters and mounting brackets specific to the truck at no charge. It was plug and play, no cut & splice. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_136990...90x.html?cc=02
Current truck came with B&O so I didn't bother with speaker upgrade. It sounds good enough to me, I'm no audiophile.
