D50 TTB coil conversion

I came across a listing on FB marketplace for coil converted HD TTB axle and thought the pictures might be of interest to some of you guys on here. I haven't seen it done this way before with the 4 link instead of radius arms. Ad said it is for 1992+ E-350/E-450 4x4 conversion. No affiliation with the seller.

Looks like a QV on the spring pad. Another one that used to use these on Ford vans is Agile Offroad, they were big into desert racing yrs ago.
