Really strange issue

Ok im having a really strange issue on my 6.0 We put a new wiring harness because the old one was cooked. It was able to crank after we did that and it would almost start with starting fluid and idle then it would shutoff once the high idle kicked in. The next day we put new batteries thinking the ecu wouldn't let the ficm allow the injectors run so it didn't fry it. We came back to it today and out the new batteries in today and it was able to actually run over idle with starter fluid helping it. It would then die once it went to idle. It was having a code for the ignition switch so I replaced that and it was able to run alot better. Now its giving a error for the nass air flow sensor. And now its not even starting with starter fluid. Next time we try to run it we are going to replace the fuel filters next time I work on it. Does anyone else have any ideas on what it could be? Its got to be something really stupid

Do you have FORScan or a decent data logger? You’ll need to know the values of some critical sensors to properly troubleshoot. Sounds like a high pressure oil leak to me, but you need to verify before loading up the parts canon.
