So I'm new to Forscan, but i have a 24 F350 6.7 HO Platinum. I was wanting to get rid of all the nanny alarms but when I got the profile for the truck and was going through the options in the modules, It shows that it's Gas, not Diesel and there was a couple other oddities that seemed wrong. Is this normal? I didn't want to make changes because the information in the modules seemed to be wrong.

profile from where?
If you open forscan, and let it load up the truck profile it will ask ?
If its correct.
Sometimes forscan has glitches from obd not seated correctly etc
And or battery low and not all modules load correct
Put a charger on,
Reset the obd and USB in the computer and try again
If it continues
Reach out to rhe guru in the forscan thread,
It should download everything from the truck to create a profile. Make sure you're not loading an old profile from a previous truck. Delete all profiles and connect again.
Or are you saying, once downloaded, it has the wrong info?
