I would be willing to bet that many people find FTE through a search engine and they are linked to a thread in the GC forum. Instead of looking around the site they just post their question.

Yea, but if they are linked to a GC forum

I don't have that many posts here yet, but I am not new to the posting as I have been on the various forums for well over a year now. I have even been on this site for a while now, but had to get a new screen name. So since I guess I could be called a newbie to posting here, I at least know where posts should be posted at. I normally don't start too many threads though. I usually post to other peoples threads.

The one thing that really annoys me is when people don't read all the posts on at least the first two pages before posting. I have seen many times where someone posts about something that had already been posted a few threads down. This applies to new posters and old posters.

One of the things that is going around right now is the F350 video. On another site, 2 people posted the link to the video 5 minutes apart. Both posters were fairly new to the site, one of which was a senior member. If they had looked 2 or 3 pages back, they would have seen that it had already been posted about at least a dozen times. That is what is really annoying.

You guys don't even see a tenth of the mis-posts

The best thing all of you could do is just plain ignore any mis-post and let the mods take care of it. That way it slips down the page faster than if you reply to it.

It is strange to see the number of repeated questions etc, whether or not they are on the same page or easily found with the search function...
