2020 Lariat. The truck is throwing up the message key fob not detected more and more when you try to start it, using either fob. It does not put up the message for either fob that the fob battery is low. When I put either fob in the forward cup holder the truck will start almost all the time. It does occasionally fail. What could be the issue here? Replace fob batteries anyways?

 

Definitely sounds like battery is the culprit. A cheap fix to try.
