squishy brakes with dual bowl and porportioning valve

Hey guys, so i recently did a dual bowl conversion and a proportioning valve install on my 62 ranchero. it’s a dual bowl for a 67 mustang, i used the stock push rod from the old brakes because i heard you need to on the falcons. the problem i’m having is no mater how much i bleed them i have mushy brakes. and i’ve bench bled the master cylinder and done the whole bleeding process. i’ve also converted the front to disks but that’s off topic. my final thought is that I might be very dumb and when i made my own break lines they don’t all go down. that probably doesn’t make sense but it will in the pictures. I would assume that it’s under pressure and the elevation wouldn’t matter but that could be mushy brakes issue. i would assume that because when i press the brakes the fluid goes down? and yes i also bleed it with the cap on. any help is appreciated. i might just be a idiot when it comes to making brake lines

You said master cylinder from a musta g , but did not say if the 1 you used was for disc brakes , there is a difference .

soft pedal that doesn't pump up is usually air in the system some where. If everything else checks out you might try a vacuum or pressure bleeder.

If the two 'loops' you have in the MC outlet lines to whatever style valve you are using is above the MC bore, they will trap air and cannot be bled correctly.

You are using a DISC/DRUM MC (1967-1971) and are sure the rear drum circuit has an RPV (RESIDUAL PRESSURE VALVE) in the outlet port?
