Welcome to FTE!

I moved you here as this is the forum for this size truck.

F50 = F500

C = 330 2V Medium Duty FT gas V8

E = Mahwah Assembly Plant

F54599 = 1969 numerical series, August 1969 production

156 = 156 inch wheelbase

N = Dark Green

F500 = F500, 15,000 lbs GVWR

4 81
4 = Black woven thong/corinthian vinyl
81 = With the "4", standard cab. Cab and chassis vehicle

A = New Process model 435 four speed transmission

42 = Rockwell model D-100 single speed rear axle, 13,000 lbs capacity, 6.20 ratio

No front axle code. For model years '64 to '69 only optional axles are listed. Thus, you have the standard Ford axle, probably 4,500 lbs capacity, no power steering. There are numbers on the axles to identify them.

15000 = 15,000 lbs GVWR

164 3800 = 164 Certified Net HP @ 3800 RPM

114753
11 = Boston District Sales Office
4753 = Special Order Number

All the usual suspects are in place on the card--engine, trans, axle, paint. So it's unkown what the special order could be about. Maybe just to get the truck, maybe something else.

Is it a runner?

Check your wheels--this truck could have the widowmaker wheels.
