Set 20 bearing question

Question I ask myself is how do the axles with inner race and rollers retained by a pressed on collar NOT walk out of the housing which holds the outer race which is tapered so the big diameter is outwards. Looks to me like the taper as it is would try to move the axle outward. I know is a large cover / seal and a retainer plate with 4 bolts, but in my mind I see the larger side or outer side of the inner race rubbing it. I know is a decent design, I know the 9" is tough, I know many go many miles with big loads. I have looked at a bunch of diagrams, still I am not seeing something.
I been looking at pics, many are stock photos, but I think I figured it out. Has to be a stationary ring outside of the rollers outer edge but inside the outer seal housing that doesn't let them squish outwards. Of course the thick retainer plate outside nearest flange is the "out stop".
Feel free to correct / comment as desired.
