we swapped out a 351m for a 302 in our 1979 Dentside F150. The headers we have won’t fit so looking for help finding ones that would go over the frame rail because it’s a four wheel drive and the drive shaft is in the way for regular headers.

If that’s a stock-ish 302 headers will do absolutely nothing for you other than add expense and complications. Headers really are over rated. You don’t have a big enough air pump for the exhaust to be a serious restriction.
