RCV Delete / bearing Hub Needle bearings

I installed RCV deletes, No issues.

I hear a lot of people say that the hub bearing breaks down pretty fast after installing the kit. I noticed that when you're taking off the control arm, the angle you pull it at is just right for dirt and rust to get into the hub's needle bearing. It's important to give it a good clean and also protect it while you work on it, but I don’t hear others talking about that.

Before putting it back together, I used some wheel bearing grease on the needle bearings.

This made me wonder. What bearing actually goes down when the bearing assembly fails? Is it the needle bearings? If that's true, I thought that when I take off the brakes every winter to remove the salty gunk, it might help to quickly pull the hubs and add grease to the needle bearings for better protection. If the needle bearings aren't what's causing the problem, though, then it's not worth the effort. It would be super easy to do this when the brakes are off. It would take like 5 minutes since there are just 4 bolts.

Anyone actually look what bearing actually grumbles in the bearing assembly?

I want to also replace my hub bearings, I am over 100K Preventative. There is cheap and ridicules expensive OEM. Anyone have good luck with just the $150 a pair amazoink specials?

Non serviceable junk drives me crazy.

I also found a drawing sketch.

Looking at this, The needle bearings and ball bearings are useless now that i have the RVC rings installed. The cv joint will never spin in the hub. So those are just spacers at this point. No point of greasing the needle bearing.

I used SKF bearings from Rock Auto when I installed my RCVs. Been about 2.5 years now, an no issues. I also thinly greased the splines on the RCVS, and gave the outer parts a thin wipe coat of grease to prevent rust.

Saw a guy add grease through the ABS Sensor, I highly doubt grease will make it to the outer bearings, But when i swap out my hubs i will investigate that. I might try taking the hub apart.
